Is completely outdated (although accessible OK):

- Windows XML installer: dangling reference

- Python 2.6 is no longer provided as a production version

- Although it recommends MS VS 2008 or LATER, an attempt to build it with VS
2010 produces HUNDREDS of error (attached) when converting from 2008 to 2010
project
