I don't think it's a good idea to have just another plugin in -bad that
basically has the same error-prone code at its base as hlsdemux. hlsdemux was
recently refactored to allow it to be used as base class for other, similar
HTTP live streaming/playlist protocols and it would really make sense to make
use of this (and extend/change where necessary) instead of implementing it
again.
