  GStreamer | gstreamer (core) | 0.11.x

Summary: [queues] Should reset last downstream flow-return on
                    reconfigure event
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.11.x
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gstreamer (core)
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: slomo at circular-chaos.org
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

See summary. The reconfigure event could indicate that the stream is now
linked. Passing not-linked upstream should be stopped as soon as possible.

Also in multiqueue the streams that saw a reconfigure event should be assumed
to be "active" and linked again until downstream returns not-linked again.
