Update versioning for gstreamer-1.0

This patch updates the version requirements in the build files for building
with the 1.0 API
-rename GST_MAJORMINOR to GST_API_VERSION in build files
-remove -lgstinterfaces from _LDADD flags

Note: this only affects the build files, no code changes have occurred.
