when using current gst-rtsp-server example test-launch with a standard dvb
satellite recording transport stream file, it will result in a warning and no
payload is delivered.

$ ./test-launch "( filesrc location=/dream/movie/einsfestivalHD.ts ! rtpmp2tpay
name=pay0 pt=96 )"
stream ready at rtsp://127.0.0.1:8554/test
