Incomplete tiff

Attached file causes gst-discoverer pipeline with avdec from gst-ffmpeg to hang
until it times out.

Can be worked around by having gdk_pixbuf plugin (which handles this tiff for
me just fine, and has priority over avdec), but gdk_pixbuf was only recently
ported, that version is not in Debian experimental yet.
