+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #628322 +++

The chained ogg video from the referenced bug plays fine now in 1.0 with
gst-launch and tests/examples/playback, but for the last part towards the end
it says:

(lt-totem:633): GStreamer-WARNING **: adding flushing pad 'src_5218556e' to
running element 'oggdemux0', you need to use gst_pad_set_active(pad,TRUE)
before adding it.

In gst-launch and the playback test it plays fine to the end and then EOSes.

Same for the audio-only chained ogg from bug #679818 : it works fine in
gst-launch, but in totem it just messes up when switching chains for the first
time (ca. 22 seconds in)
