Unfortunately, I do not have control over encoder as the source of mjpeg stream
is from "Moxa" camera. even setting it to "Best" Setting does not help. For now
the only solution I could find is in the latest "jpegdec" plugin - set the
property of "max-errors=-1" or "never fail". This simply discards the corrupt
jpeg frame and proceeds to decode the next frame.
