I think it is better to add VideoMeta for sterobuffers from BaseDecoder. Any
other suggestions?
Otherwise it will lead to code duplication in many decoders.
Also we need  to write a couple of mapping function for different raw video
formats to set stride and offset for different views in VideoMeta.
Then the difficult task would be to write the composition element to combine
the different views..

It seems that Matroska is also supporting the Stereo content storage..
