sorry no, this would be extremely probelematical as this requires a major
gentoo update into an experimental ~amd64 environment

Totem-2.32.0-r2 / gestreamer-0.10.36 is the official gentoo release (synced
this morning).Or should I send a bug report to the gentoo team ?

I am prepared to look at the source if required.
Can you suggest a place where i can start the search ?
