proposed patch

The osx_audio plugin hasn't yet been ported to 1.0.x.

The attached patch moves things forward some. The sink portion seems to work
(at least for two-channel audio, which is all I tested). The source part
doesn't yet (caps negotiation failure, I believe). I'd appreciate some review
and guidance before going further (which I'm happy to do, btw.)
