This sounds like a problem in libv4l2, we ask all formats, raw and emulated. If
the BA81 is not there, it must have been filtered by libv4l2. To be sure, can
you make and attach a debug log like this:

GST_DEBUG=*v4l2*:8 gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src num-buffers=1 ! fakesink -v
2>debug.log
