Great, works with all our test-cases on 1.x: full PCR/PTS reset, small PCR/PTS
reset (<5min), continuous video looping over UDP.

Pls. push!

BTW:

does not look like 0.10 compatible, seems to miss some stuff only present in
1.0 branch. Would be nice if this could be cleanly backported to 0.10 ;-)
