Port dshowvideoplugin to 1.0 and avoid deprecated GLib threading APIs

Hi,

I have managed to make an initial attempt to port the dshowvideosink plugin to
work with GStreamer-1.0, which I have manage to test with a Visual Studio 2008
build of it using "gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! dshowvideosink".  In the
process, I have also updated the code so that it does not use the deprecated
GLib threading APIs.

I have attached my changes in the attached patch file.
