GPhone is indeed utilizing GStreamer 1.0.

Gajim is using Farstream, by python-farstream, since version 0.15.1.

I have hear a rumor (I did not confirm it) that the future plan for Psi is to
migrate/replace PsiMedia, which is the one that is currently providing VoIP
capabilities, to/with Farstream, like Gajim. - In order to confirm this, I
suggest to refer to Psi+ developers.

I think that VoIP applications that are using Farstream are qualified to be
listed, since Farstream is maintained.
