Can't you provide a simpler testcase for this? If h264parse really just forgets
to clean up properly when resetting it, it should be possible to write a much
simpler testcase. Something that just has "filesrc ! h264parse ! fakesink" and
does something with it.
Can you try to provide something simpler, also something that compiles without
hundreds of warnings? :)
