Both

* gst-launch-1.0 -v alsasrc device=hw:Live1 ! audioresample ! alsasink
device=hw:Live1 sync=true

* gst-launch-1.0 -v alsasrc device=hw:Live ! audioconvert ! alsasink
device=hw:Live sync=true

are stuttering.
