Proposed patch (git diff origin)

Enable "dvbsrc" plugin to tune into a DVB-S2 signal by adding two new
properties according to new Linux DVB S2API(version 5.10):

- DVBSRC_DELIVERY_SYSTEM
- DVBSRC_ROLLOFF
