Bug 665034 added support for 10-bit video. I had compiled all the latest
gstreamer 0.11.xx and totem 3.5 packages on Fedora 17 and I was able to play
10-bit videos.

After upgrading to Fedora 18 and all the official gstreamer 1.0 and totem 3.6
packages my 10-bit videos will not play. Totem gives me a message "GStreamer
encountered a general stream error".
