  GStreamer | gst-plugins-base | 1.0.4

Summary: [Videoscale] Pixel aspect ratio issue
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 1.0.4
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: critical
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: jagadishkamathk at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

Videoscale should not change pixel-aspect-ratio if add-borders property is set
to 1. It should simply copy pixel-aspect-ratio from sink to src pad.
Unfortunately it changes the pixel-aspect-ratio and output is buggy. It works
without an issue if "pixel-aspect-ratio" is forced on the src pad(This can not
forced unless you know the incoming pixel-aspect-ratio)

No issue seen if add-borders is set to default value of 0
