OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-base
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: scolinet at gmail.com
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
GNOME version: ---
Plateform information :
Fedora 17 with all plugin installed
GStreamer Version : 0.10.36
GStreamer can't identify simple subtitle file
I try with a simple MicroDvD formated file
I don't attach the file, they are quite simple :
(---- are not in files)
----
{1}{1000}some random text
----
It's itendified by typefind has text/microdvd
I try with a subrip formated file
----
1
00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:20,400
some random text
----
It's identified has application/x-subrip
the subparse plugin expect application/x-subtitle-* for subtitle file, so the
file can't be loaded (no plugin found to handle the format typefind identify)
