By "Some way to know if a GstDeviceMonitor supports enumeration or not", I
meant... Some way to know if a GstDeviceMonitor supports monitoring or only
enumeration.

I should also mention that the various plugins would implement subclasses of
GstDeviceMonitor and GstDevice (see the v4l2 example).
