The en/decrypt were added in the last week, they should be moved out; the
ptchange is a remnant from the past with Bosch encoders using undefined pt
values, it could be removed.

The parameters are indeed an extended version of the base plugins; so that will
have to go to.

the use-pipeline-clock has to do with synchronisation.

I'll create a patch for bad one of the following days.
