Do we need to retrieve the vpp methods also from the interface?
(for eg: there are differnt methods to do the
deinterlace,GST_DEINTERLACE_SCALER_BOB, GST_DEINTERLACE_LINEAR  etc). 

GstPhotography has implemented everything as object properties which will force
the elements implementing this interface to have a compatible property.
