So the questions which we need clarifications are:

--- is there any other way which is better than implementing an interface ??
(as per current design the interface can provide three capabilities-
1: has_hw_acceleration, 2: which_vpps_are_supported 3: an api to disable a
specific vpp)

--- if we proceed with the interface,

  --- shall we stick with GFlagsValue?
  --- A proper name for the interface.
  --- Is it enough to have a GST_VIDEO_POSTPROC_COVERT instead of
GST_VIDEO_POSTPROC_COLORSPACE ?
