codecparsers: h264: fix calculation of the frame cropping rectangle

Hi, the frame cropping height was mis-calculated. In particular, the
frame_crop_top_offset was not scaled up with SubHeightC. While we are at it, I
also refactored the code to use variable names from (7-18) to (7-21). i.e.
CropUnitX and CropUnitY.
