Summary: Build script changes stuff in gst bad common
                    directories
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-bad
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: nekohayo at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

It seems that gst-plugins-bad keeps changing common/ and win32/common/
(specifically win32/common/config.h whenever I compile it)... If my
understanding is correct, those are autogenerated and shouldn't be committed,
or maybe there's something in the build system that touches versioned files?

This regularly blocks my automated "git pull --rebase" from working on modules
such as gst-plugins-bad.
