Also none of the other streams there works, but all others I tested just don't
preroll, show an error and shut down properly:

gst-launch-1.0 playbin
uri=http://www-itec.uni-klu.ac.at/ftp/datasets/mmsys12/TheSwissAccount/swiss_15s/swiss_15sec_400kbit/swiss_400kbit_dash.mpd
