bug #702806 will fix the an important use case, as we have only 1 demuxer, it's
probably the only case. I didn't know that was broken, but it's probably the #1
issue here.

For the record, codec data is moved to caps by the demuxer, but the parser
fails to skip the start code in it and reject it.
