As I understand it, it makes multiqueue treat all sparse streams in the
multiqueue as "filled" at all times for buffering purposes, so basically makes
its buffering behaviour depend only on the audio or video streams.

I think this makes sense.

The reason I haven't applied it yet because I had some issues with prerolling
after applying this patch, and I haven't investigated those issues yet.
