Please attach such large pastes as a file in the future, otherwise this bug
will soon become unreadable ;)

I'd assume something is wrong in tsdemux with the handling of timestamps in the
live case when upstream does not provide proper timestamps (udpsrc). Which
version are you running? Are things better with 1.1.2 or latest git master
(there were quite some tsdemux changes)?
