I suggest to change the titile of this bug to ("Add slice header information to
....") since most of the comments were about this Slice_Hdr stuffs. And we can
create a new bug with title "[API] codecparsers: add GstMetas to pass parsing
results downstream" . This would be much easier i guess. Anyway it is just a
suggestion.
