I'm not too keen on the name, maybe TRACK_KIND or KIND_OF_TRACK - all not
pretty.

If the list is fairly limited and not freeform, we could just make it
stream-start flags (overloaded for audio/video/text), but there's probably some
mpeg spec out there which knows at least 64 different types of tracks. Guess
the tag is more extensible.
