Interesting, I didn't know about enforce_floating(). How can this be used in
any sensible way?


I think (transfer floating) for arguments is reasonably clear, there's no
function anywhere that requires a floating reference to be passed AFAIK. I
wouldn't know why such a thing would exist :)
