    oggdemux: Prevent seeks when _SCHEDULING_FLAG_SEQUENTIAL is set

    Don't go into pull mode when the upstream scheduling flags indicate
    seeks should be avoided by setting GST_SCHEDULING_FLAG_SEQUENTIAL.
