header dump dump of gstpubutils-1.0.lib

The attachment is a header  dump of the gstpbutils-1.0.lib.  

_gst_encoding_profile_set_preset_name,
_gst_discoverer_stream_info_get_stream_id,
_gst_encoding_profile_get_preset_name are missing in the file.
