I haven't looked at the code yet, but since Tim comment there has been quite
some work to introduce better way to share context across elements. If that is
not yet the case (I have not read the code), this port should make use of these
new mechanism. This include creating an allocators instead of custom video/x...
format and introduce GstMeta plus all what is required to map/unmap the data.
