GStreamer: Small test case that includes <gst/audio/gstaudiobasesink.h>

Hi.  I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I seem to be getting compile
errors from including the <gst/audio/gstaudiobasesink.h>.  I'm attaching a
small test file that just includes the file.  This is the compile error:
