In the GStreamer Application Development Manual (1.x) all Gstreamer API links
are to http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/stable. The stable
API links to v0.10.

Ex.
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/manual/html/section-bin-create.html
has a link to GstBin at:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/stable/gstreamer/html/GstBin.html

All links should be consistent with their respective versions.
