+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #696040 +++

So it would automatically disable the audio-filter when a file that requires
passthrough is played. It would also need to tell the code controlling playbin
that the audio filter is not available, as this would disable whatever features
is enabled by that filter. Eg. if scaletempo is the audio-filter and
passthrough is required, scaletempo would be disabled, and playback at != 1.0
speeds would be unavailable.
