Build log for gst-plugins-base build failure

Building the latest gst-plugins-base in Fedora, I'm getting a build failure due
to an apparent implicit declaration in
/builddir/build/BUILD/gst-plugins-base-1.0.6/gst-libs/gst/tag/tmp-introspectnpCEN6/GstTag-1.0.c

If I can free up some time later today, I'll try to attach a patch to fix this.
For now, I'll attach the build.log in case someone can get to this sooner than
I can. Thanks.
