I'm testing with git master, I'll try to build 1.0.6 too as soon as I have some
spare time to see if the same happen with the last stable 1.x release, 
I'm experiencing other problems with git master on windows too (mpeg4 and h264
over rtsp), I'll eventually report them in separate bugs 

no hurry, gstreamer-sdk git is rock solid :-)
