After this patch, the audio streams in decodebin do not necessarily correspond
to the order of streams in the file.  This may be limited to MXF, attempting to
figure that out now.

    decodebin: try harder to always expose pads in the same order

    Use stream-id as sort criterion in addition to the media type.
