Are you preferring to append the stereo_info to the existing codec-data/or to
send  it as a new codec-data??? Then it will leads to more works in parser i
think :)...

I prefer to add it as separate caps fields based on my initial proposal(comment
15) and then decoders/postprocessing elements can convert them to GstVideoMeta.

I will dig into this a bit more and update later...
