qtdemux: Add StereoVideo support for MPEG-A storage format.

The MPEG-A format is providing an extension to ISO base media file format to
store the StereoScopic content encoded with different codecs like h264 and
mpeg4:2.The StereoVideo media information(svmi) atom is providing the stereo
video specific parameters.
The StereoVideo information for MPEG-A fromat can be supplied through the
'stvi' 
atom also (ref: ISO/IEC_14496-12, ISO/IEC_23000-11), which is not implemented
in this patch.
