I think it would make sense to push the DASH/MSS plugins, and let us fix up any
things later. This way other people can easily start working on it, test it,
fix things, report bugs, etc.

I reviewed the HLS changes a longer time ago and they all looked fine to me and
ready to push.

Any opinions?
