0001-decodebin-Lock-the-state-of-child-elements-as-long-a.patch

After reverting the commit to set the NO_RESYNC flag on decodebin (so it is
*NOT* set), I can reproduce the bug in about 8000 iterations with the test
program. With this patch here it is now already had 14000
