Python script demonstrating the problem

This is still a problem. The attached scripts demonstrates that if you switch
tracks, audio and video both stop for a couple of seconds and (usually)
eventually come back. If you do a flushing seek right afterwards, the audio and
video generally work instantly, but sometimes it locks up so hard you have to
kill it with kill -9.

Here's how I run it:

    ./playbin-switchtrack.py
