For test you can:

cd tests/check
make elements/streamiddemu.valgrind

This will set the appropriate valgrind option and the suppression file, as
certain allocation in GLib/GStreamer are are not freed in the end. This is to
not waste time at quite for things that must be accessible during the life of
your application (e.g. gstreamer registry, GObject object definitions, etc.)

p.s. you should probably set to obsolete the old version of your patches
