Right now I'm into experimenting USERPTR support for output device. The patter
would be:

decoder -> v4l2sink

The decoder would produce mmap buffer and v4l2sink will consume them using
USERPTR. The other way around would have been nice, but is not support on the
HW I'm working on (Exynos 4). None of the patches here are useful for 1.0.
